Expanded for 2025: From Ten Minutes to One-Acts

FIRST, the WRITING (September 13-27th)
We always welcome people who have yet to try writing a short play!

The SELECTION
8 plays have been selected for our Ten Minute Plays reading and dinner event in November.

The INITIAL READING (October 4)
To get an inside look at the process of creating and mounting a play, the public came to hear the initial read-throughs in round-robin style.

STAGED READINGS at Stone Valley Arts November 7 & 8, and November 14, 15 & 16

Eight plays read over two weekends by our community actors — four plays the first, four DIFFERENT plays the second. With audience input at the November readings, two plays will be chosen to be developed into one-act plays over the winter.

The two one-acts will be fully produced in the spring of 2026.

NEXT UP, the staged readings:
